No one seems to care about my fitness study lol.... I just finsished my sixth workout and I'm doing well. I don't know if I've lost anything yet but mentally it helps. My brain still tries to come up with any excuse in the book so I won't have to go... and I end up having to force myself out the door.. but once I'm there I'm ok and afterward I feel good... a little sore... but otherwise good. I really don't have much else to talk about at this time... I'm too tired to even think right now lol. Oh but anyway I was thinking I used to do an answer your mail column and I thought I'd start that up again here... So if you have a question... doesn't matter if it's serious or foolish send me a message and I may choose yours to answer on my blog. Catch you guys later.
